I ordered a bag from Trendhim and unfortunately the stitching near one of the zips came apart on the very first use. I contacted Trendhim about the issue and they immediately sent out a replacement bag.The new bag is excellent — great quality, stylish, and really practical for everyday use. I’m genuinely happy with it.I was also blown away by how quickly and professionally Trendhim handled the issue. Mistakes can happen, but their customer service was outstanding. Very impressed overall.

The zipper doesn't seem to be of good quality, I find it difficult to open and close. I don't think the zipper cords will last long. I was expecting the belt to be bigger... it's not practical for bulky bodies like mine. Getting it in and out of its case takes quite a while and it creases quite a bit, so it doesn't look nice.
