The shipping was accurate and the product was just like the images. I live in NZ and despite notifying me of a delay in packing orders I received them in about 16 days. I ordered two studs with engravings but unfortunately one came with a small scratch on the side. But since it's barely noticeable once you wear it, it's fine. I also struggled to push it into my ear because the piece was a little thick but otherwise a very nice piece of jewellery and great as a gift too!!

Never bought these kinds of earrings before (I usually have studs). They are a tiny bit heavier than what I'm used to, but nothing I can't handle. Pretty happy with this product. If you have fat fingers like me though, make sure you hold them really tight when putting them in, otherwise you might drop them on the floor multiple times.

It arrived on time and was packaged well. The product was undamaged and looked as it was advertised
