I bought this around July/August when there was some uncertainty with deliveries from Europe due to Covid. Because of this, the parcel ended up getting lost. However, Vic was very prompt in responding to all my enqurie. When it ended up being about 6 weeks after I purchased the item and they had had no word from their shipping partner they gave me a full refund.
I do not think that this item getting lost was their fault, hence the 5 stars and I have plans to purchase from this company in future
