The ring was great, looks really good on my partner. I'm really happy I chose this one. Arrived way faster than expected too. The only slight disappointment was the engraving on the inside is small and not very bold so hard to read and may not last.

You can certainly feel the 5mm thickness and weight on your hand, when playing the guitar I have to switch hands, otherwise I can't play normally (and I can't be bothered to get used to it). I took a size of 19.7mm, it felt too big at first, but it stays on the finger (normally my size is 19-19.5mm).It looks quite good to my eyes and does its job.
