I am super happy with my "necklace", which is, by the way, one of several from Trendhim. It complements the other necklaces and bracelets, including those with beads that I have from you. I love the large clasp, which is itself a piece of jewellery. I received the necklace after a fantastic dialogue with an incredibly sweet employee from you; I had previously received a necklace that unfortunately broke. There was a bit of uncertainty regarding the warranty, but it was resolved without any issues. All in all, one of several lovely pieces of jewellery from Trendhim and many fantastic experiences with customer service.
